Meetings

Chapter 28 meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 PM the chapter meetings and are held on even months Feb. April, June, August, Oct, Dec at Henrico Doctors Hospital and uneven months Jan, March, May, July, Sept, Nov at Chippenham Hospital (see the event calendar more information). Our speakers, who are usually from the medical field, teach us about new procedures, weight control, reducing stress, and how to improve the quality of life.
